Our client, a dynamic, forward thinking financial services company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, eloquent, vibrant and results-driven telesales consultant to join their skilled team of professionals.

Candidates that meet the minimum requirement stipulated below are invited to apply:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Experience in telesales and marketing

Preference will be given to relevant candidates that demonstrate the following key Attributes, Competencies and Experience:

Attributes:

• Target-driven
• Work well under pressure and able to manage time and workload
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Demonstrate drive and positive approach to work and a determination and motivation to achieve targets
• Highly professional and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Competencies:

• Able to generate new business
• Ability to negotiate and close deals to make or exceed sales targets
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Account management skills

Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with cold calling and successful selling

The successful incumbent will represent the business in a highly professional manner and as a team player, by identifying new business opportunities, calling directly on and dealing with new clients to maintain and exceed sales targets.
