Guarantee

ReCrew (Pty) Ltd is committed to finding the best candidates for its clients and does so by offering a 90-day guarantee on all permanent placements.
The guarantee period will apply from the commencement of employment and will be subject to payment within 14 days from date of invoice.
Should a position be vacated in terms of the above, ReCrew will undertake to provide a replacement candidate at its own cost.
The guarantee shall not apply on termination for reasons of:

Redundancy or retrenchment
Changes in operational requirements
Unfair dismissal
Conduct of client amounting to breach of its employment agreement which causes the candidate to resign
Non-compliance with provisions of LRA (Labour Relations Act) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (where applicable)
